Cancellation & Refunds
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To get your return request approved, you must upload an unboxing video of the product/parcel.
If you need to return an item, please write an email to fashionatyusra@gmail.com. with the reason for return and the order ID. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note, customers are required to arrange their own return shipping as we do not offer reverse shipment services at this time due to heavy Orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To get your return request approve, you need to upload the unboxing video of product/parcel.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
